Edit PDF Meta Data with BeCyPDFMetaEdit
BeCyPDFMetaEdit is a freeware program for Windows that lets you edit meta data in PDF files. For example, you can change the title and the author fields. There is a clear-all-fields button for removing all meta data. You can also set the security policies for the document to specify whether the PDF file can be printed, whether you can add comments to the PDF file, set passwords, and more.
