IrfanView Picture Viewer
IrfanView is a fast and small picture and photo viewer. It handles just about every picture and photo file format available. Using IrfanView you can crop, rotate, enlarge, and otherwise manipulate pictures. There is a powerful batch processing feature that allows you to perform the same manipulations to many pictures at once. It will show EXIF and IPTC data for photos, and you can use photo effects like sharpen, blur, and various filters.
IrfanView comes as just one EXE file. There are no DLLs that need to be installed.
