KidRex — Kid Safe Search

KidRex is a kid safe search engine based on Google’s Custom Search and using Google’s SafeSearch technology. It works just like the regular Google search engine, but it filters out results that are not appropriate for kids, and it has a child-friendly interface.

There are other options for finding people online:

123people presents its results in a nice organized way.
WhitePages will tell you where someone lives.
